- Work with local ICBs, local authorities, direct payment holders and PHB holders across London and Kent to expand our services.
- Provide safe, person-centred care for adults and children who need clinical nursing, personal care, social support or community access.
- Support people with complex health needs, mental health needs, learning disabilities, physical disabilities or end-of-life care.
- Offer cost-effective care packages that are assessed and priced according to each person's individual needs.
- Involve people and their families in care planning, promoting independence by doing with, rather than doing for, wherever possible.
- Deliver care with dignity, respect and sensitivity to each person's culture, religion, preferences and choices.
- Ensure every package of care is led or overseen by appropriately qualified clinical staff and supported by clear care plans, risk assessments and documentation.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff who have the right skills, values and compatibility to meet the needs and preferences of the people we support.
- Maintain safe and consistent care through strong governance, contingency planning, on-call support, safeguarding, confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
- Regularly review the quality of our service using feedback from people we support, families, staff, ICBs and local authorities.
